• Descripción y Requisitos

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years as minimum experience in maquiladora industry in same position (Automotive field).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish 80%
  • Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, MSA & Control Plan.
  • Strong VSM and Lean Manufacturing Knowledge
  • Excellent communication at all levels.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging environment.
  • Sense of urgency
  • Schedule availability
  • Hands on
  • SAP
  • Respond to Client Portals (Ford, Stellantis, etc)
