Solicita: Master Planner

• Descripción y Requisitos

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Weekly Production Schedule maximizing plant resources
  • Create Job Orders based on material and capacity
  • Responsible to generate MPS and lead follow up meetings with operations Managers
  • Short/midterm capacity requirement review
  • Labor load review
  • Material availability review
  • Responsible for administration of the expected inventory levels of finished goods and sub-assemblies at plant by division.
  • Interacts with factory floor to make the production schedule is followed based on dates and priorities given
  • Escalates identified risks
  • Data analysis overviews
  • Direct contact with Customer Service to establish agreements and coordinate on time delivery
  • Review customer requirements, participate in new product introductions, inventory management, negotiate potential product end of life activities and material flow by cost center
  • Makes protections for KPIs, financial and operations indicators, as requested by top management
  • Attends and participates in meetings related to functions-- makes presentations as required for KPIs

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Supply Chain preferred) or equivalent relevant experience in Supply Chain/Production Planning
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • English
  • Strong organizational and communication skills and time management
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs
  • Ability to deal with fast paced multiple demands and very dynamic situations
  • Strong Leadership skills
