Solicita: Maintenance Coordinator

  SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in a similar position (maintenance coordinator)
  • Proficiency in the English language (90%)
  • Industrial, mechatronic, electromechanical or similar engineer
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in maintenance of automated equipment, electrical distribution, HVAC, industrial facilities, fire protection systems, etc.

  MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, manage and supervise the execution of equipment maintenance plans according to technical specifications of the equipment, in order to ensure the feasibility of execution.
  • Develop and implement autonomous maintenance on production lines in coordination and involvement of the production area.
  • Develop plans, monitoring and control of the main management indicators of the area, with a constant search to be more efficient.
  • Promote the management of continuous improvement tools for the treatment of failures and breakdowns in operations
  • Control the correct execution of the Quality System documents regarding Maintenance (Maintenance Procedure, list of equipment subject to
  • Maintenance, Maintenance Plan, Inspection Sheet, Equipment Technical Sheets, PM GTI documents inherent to the Maintenance System ) managing information to achieve the area's objectives.
  • Develop and improve the management of control of materials, supplies and spare parts in the area, based on the company's objectives.
  • Generation and implementation of initiatives and improvement projects focused on savings related to the area.
  • Supervise and guarantee compliance with the occupational health and safety management system in the development of the functions of your maintenance team.
