Knowledge and skills to:
Support to release including follow up for new models and engineering changes.
Lead and support set up tasks for Engineering Changes and new models into all MP&L related (QAD, HMES, Eagle, IRIS).
Maintain ERP system (SAP) set up updated for all new items, customer data, etc. following checklist.
Be responsible of the inventory control including part storage for all new parts (for engineering and new models) within QAD ensuring proper labeling, disposing old levels when apply.
Coordinate with program managers the launching of new models covering key aspects of MP&L as part procurement, key dates, ramp up, proper float levels, inventory forecast, etc.
Follow up with Packaging Engineering on new program packaging or engineering changes set up.
Lead all engineering changes, including procurement of parts for key dates events, balance in / balance out coordination with cross functional team for a flawless launch.
Analyze and review of daily / weekly releases from customer considering production schedules.
Requirements / Experience:
Strong analytical experience & data modeling
Bachelor’s degree on Logistics or Industrial Engineering
English 80 % oral and written
Microsoft skills (word, excel, etc.)
SAP knowledge
Experience in similar job minimum 3 years
Experience with Customer Portals (Ford, GM, Mazda, Volvo, etc.)
Effective communication, problem solving and analytic skills
