Requirements / Experience:
• +7 years of experience
• Supervision and team leadership.
• Strong analytical experience.
• Excellent personal relationships and teamwork.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Strategy development and implementation of lean manufacturing and six sigma tools.
• Monitoring and ensuring that efficiency, quality control, and other standards of new projects are met every time.
• Management, development, compliance and presentation of department key performance indicators (KPI‘s).
• Knowledge in operations; maintain and control plant equipment capacity; determining the number of operating personnel in the plant.
• High experience and ability to develop release programs and their phases according to customers as well as correct validations and approvals.
• High experience in acquisition, validation and installation of machinery and equipment for new launches.
• Participate and ensure the development of budget and financial forecasts required in support of the plant manager.
• Lead implementation of continuous improvement and cost optimization implementation projects.
• Develop the performance evaluations of the personnel in charge and supervise the correct application in the subsequent levels.
• Analyze tooling and machinery response to quote new programs (HQF).
• Ensure releases under APQP methodology and ensure launch area complies with all documentation required by the customer.
