  • Administrate Supply Chain and management activities within the organization, defining and controlling processes that satisfy customer requirements along with corporate metrics.


  • Considerable knowledge of the theory, principles and techniques supply chain and development process
  • Considerable knowledge of principles of personnel management, including supervision, training and performance evaluation
  • Considerable knowledge of methods and techniques of research and analysis
  • Considerable knowledge of AS400/BPCS or other ERP systems
  • Microsoft Office
  • Effective and persuasive leadership comfortable with all levels of staff
  • Proven management skills and ability to manage day-to-day operations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to understand and manage high-profile, sensitive or controversial political situations
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Main responsibilities:

  • Calculate annual finished goods inventory budget
  • Analyze monthly sales, inventory and operations (monthly meeting)
  • Resolve capacity issues and escalate unresolved issues to senior management promptly
  • Evaluate fill rate, coverage and attainment metrics
  • Solve unresolved issues between supply chain and other departments
  • Identify possible cost reductions

Key Activities:

  • Host weekly sales and operations meeting
  • Work with sales, customer service, and finance using a collaborative and consensus approach to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used to drive the planning process
  • Work with other departments including operations, customer service, product engineering, procurement, logistics and sales to ensure consistent, cost-effective supply of products to customers
  • Establish planning procedures
  • Offers employee trainings and development
  • Supports and adheres to policies, procedures, and operational guidelines related to established quality management system (ISO) or Lean activities
  • Prepares and maintain reports as required by corporate to measure efficiency of operations
  • Responsible for all planning KPIs
  • Work on special project as requested by corporate
  • Participates in external meetings with customers
  • Work with IT to improve processes
