· Drives continuous improvement to business processes and business results based on the enterprise capability of the ERP solution.
· This position supports the ongoing maintenance of the ERP (Enterprise resource planning) system primarily Infor BPCS/LX 8.1/LX 8.4
· Oversees the implementation of upgrades and new modules.
Education
· Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience.
Experience
· Business processes mapping methodology and project lead in areas such as Supply Chain, Finance and Manufacturing.
· Three years of leadership responsibility managing midsize to large teams and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.
· Five or more years of experience in manufacturing (electrical/electronic) IT applications/processes management.
· Maintenance and support experience, and detailed/comprehensive understanding of an ERP solution.
Knowledge/Skills
· Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making skills to influence management, as well as internal and external partners.
· Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects to drive business improvements.
· Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate between business requirements and technical design and implementation.
· Demonstrated domain knowledge of enterprise-wide ERP-related functional business, technical processes, and configurations (enterprise functions include Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, and Supply Chain), preferrable Infor LX.
· Ability to generate business unit and enterprise-wide reports (Microsoft Power BI is a plus)
· Experience in developing solutions as a software developer.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn new things.
· Self-motivated, and a problem solver.
