Servers Engineer

Propósito del puesto / Purpose of the position: 

• Experiencia en VMware y Hyper-V
• Administrador de los servidores controlados por IT. Esto incluye rendimiento, configuración avanzada, resolución de problemas avanzada y documentación. Brindar apoyo a los "usuarios". mantener copias de seguridad. Planifique e implemente cualquier cambio o proyecto de expansión. 

Principales Roles & Responsabilidades:

-Assess and make recommendations regarding technology architecture (hardware and software), configuration of IT infrastructure and applications to improve efficiency and enhance security. 

-Manage small to large scale projects and oversee multiple projects involving infrastructure and software applications. 

-Setup network users, user environment, directories, and security for networks being installed (Active Directory). 

-Provide day-to-day management and support of the company’s servers, including multi-function devices, software applications and software packages. 

-Perform day-to-day troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for the servers including AV server, WSUS server, SAN, and other systems. 

-Act as Level 2 help desk and work on tickets as assigned. Mentor and work with helpdesk team to help troubleshoot tickets and walk them through. Install server operating systems, software/firmware and application software; configure and tune hardware and software to meet corporate functional, performance and security requirements. Install servers, and other hardware as needed. 

Requerimentos: 

-Titulado, Ingles intermedio-avanzado, mas de 3 años de experiencia.
