Job Summary:
This position will support the Customer service and supply chain planning, coordinate priorities with the manufacturing plant and serve as a communication channel to customer service.
Qualifications:
H.S. Diploma, or previous experience as scheduler/planner
80% English.
SAP experience preferred.
Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Ability to carry out directions.
Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Able to travel to USA for training.
Responsibilities:
Enter manual orders in SAP
Provide a list of priorities to the Manufacturing plant.
Create daily reports for recovery dates.
Serve as back to Customer service/ planner
Contact customer as needed for updates on delivery times
