JOB SUMMARY:

Coordinates customer contacts received by telephone, in writing, and in person. Initiates continual improvement within ISO/TS 16949 and follows environmental requirements within ISO 14001, comply with the requirements of BASC-CTPAT. To fulfill the roles and responsibilities related to the protection of the environment.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Experience on receives and responds to customer inquiries and complaints relating to production shipments.
  2. Experience for guiding compliant resolution in accordance with company guidelines.
  3. Knowledge on Liaison between customer and factory-order entry pertaining to new orders, current production, and prototypes.
  4. Experience on checking Customer websites for requirements, performance, etc.
  5. Ability to do reports out-of-line conditions affecting on-time shipments, and communicates with the customer.
  6. Knowledge all order entries pertaining to orders for production, prototypes, and returns, monitors order in direct shipments to customers.
  7. Ability to do calculates and prepares management charts for “on-time shipments” and “customer on-time deliveries”
  8. Knowledge to coordinates with Program/Commercial Managers and IT personnel to resolve EDI errors.  Generate EDI Error reports (if applicable)
  9. Knowledge to generate "Exception Report" to communicate and coordinate finished goods shipments with warehouse personnel to meet “special” customer demands.  
  10. Attend regularly scheduled "Customer Complaints Meeting" to streamline current work processes.
  11. Responsible for entering customer related terms (such as freight terms, pricing) into Future3.
