|
Position objective: Ensure a good relationship with customer's in order to develop an adequate understanding about each customer’s business model and requirements. Monitors forecasts reliability and coordinates customers’ orders deliveries OTIF in order to guarantee high level of customer satisfaction. Experience: 3 years in similar position in industrial environment, automotive experience essential Main responsibilities: - Analyze, monitor the reliability of the customer forecast.
- Develops a proper understanding of customer requirements and needs to adjust and improve forecast reliability.
- Receive, verify and enter timely customer forecasts and orders into the information system and provide feedback to customers.
- Make, track and update the delivery plan to optimize transit time and pickup / packing / loading time.
- Offers with customers additional orders, requests for express delivery.
- Coordinate the customer complaint handling process, including product return coordination (reverse logistics), progress of action plans, and customer feedback.
- Advises on the application, sale, production and delivery schedule.
- Validates the delivery, signals a monitoring of the delivery accuracy and takes the necessary measures.
- Prepares, communicates and reviews Out bounded Logistics and consequently defines continuous process improvement plans,
- It complies with the quality requirements minimizing negative impacts and carrying out each activity considering our commitments and environmental objectives.
- Stop production when quality, productivity and safety are at risk.

Education: - Bachelor's degree in trade or business administration or similar
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Fluent English speaker essential
