Recruitment & Immigration Specialist
Undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.
Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles. Serving as a go-between for
candidates and hiring managers. Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end.
Oversees immigration programs and assists foreign nationals with immigration procedures. Ensures all
paperwork, including applications for immigration and visas are completed accurately and in a timely
manner. Corporate Visits Control and general travel organization.
? Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
? Create and publish job ads in various portals
? Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
? Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
? Screen resumes and job applications
? Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
? Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
? Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
? Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
? Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
? Host and participate in job fairs
? Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
? Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
? Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning
? Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and
? Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
? Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
? Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management and employees to maintain CSR standards

? Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly
? Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
? Hands-on experience with the largest job sites
? Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English / Spanish)
? Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and
human resources software
? Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
? Leadership and coaching skills
? Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
? Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
? Attention to detail and analytically driven
? Coordinate Corporate Visits (transportation, hotel reservations, Immigration Permits, etc.)
? Coordination of Travel for all employees.
