Objective

Ensure process quality and customer satisfaction, complying with SLA's coordinating with FLM's and Team members, reduce escalations and become the main contact for Quality related queries / issues.

 

 

Responsibilities:  

Main Roles & Accountabilities

Good communication skills with Customer, requires full P2P process knowledge and good communication skills 

At least 5% samples from Invoice Posting volumes from Americas Region

At least 5% of payment proposal revision

At least 5% of T&E rendition review

Root cause analysis of errors and dissemination

Help Desk Call monitoring and Case audit by Pro-flow tool

Accuracy and duplicate audit

Provide feedback for encountered errors. 

Communicate with Customer on possible process issues and/or improvements.

Communicate effectively with customer on governance calls

  

Requirements:

Language and Systems information Additional Comments 

Mandatory MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point, English 80%/ Spanish  

Desirable Portuguese, Barware, SAP

Education level High School Diploma/GED
