LABOR RELATIONS COORDINATOR

Studies:   Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related degree

Experience: At least 5 years in similar position.

Knowledge: Leadership experience, proven experience in the field of labor relations, labor acumen/business strategy, understanding of all aspects of labor and human resources related laws, regulations, policies, principles, concepts and practices.

Activities: Working closely with Human Resources Business Partner´s and HR Director to develop targeted strategies for individual contract negotiations and guidelines for successful labor relations, provide day-to-day advice regarding compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.

English: Advance/Bilingual (Proficient at communicating, verbally and written is necessary).
